What Does Your Fridge Say About  You?

The first and foremost step towards leading a healthy life is to make wholesome food accessible.

Then comes eating a clean and healthy diet that helps in keeping your insides healthy too.

In order to keep up with all kind of healthy habits, one of the most important thing to maintain is your refrigerator. 

Not only is it important to keep your food fresher but also to keep food-borne illnesses away. 

Adopting new healthy diet takes time, but a refrigerator can be cleaned in a day that boosts your motivation!

Physical activities for people who don't like sport !

No time for exercise? I know !

But sport is not the only one way we can get fit.

 

Even if you want to make time for exercise, your life will not be completed without having housework done.

Actually it’s possible to commit some exercise daily just by changing your mindset when you are doing household chores.

For example,even just walking faster than usual during grocerie shopping with a slightly more conscious posture will produce an exercise effect.

Standing on tiptoe while waiting in line at the cash register sounds also good!

Vacuum cleaning, sweeping and mopping the floor raise the heart rate and can be incorporated into a cardiovascular workout.

Window wiping squat is a killer!

Lifting and moving heavy objects such as balcony gardening can be incorporated into your strength training

With that in mind here are some physical activities I recommend to try for people who don't like sport:

・Window wiping

・Mopping

・kitchen deep cleaning

・Gardening
