Pimentos de Padron

How to fry pimentos is easy ,amazingly simple and addictive.
Ingredients for this Tapas portion
Olive oil 10ml
Pimentos(peppers) 100g
1 clove of garlic (not chopped)
A pinch of chili flakes
Sea salt to taste
Heat the oil in a pan.
Fry the peppers just for 4-5 minutes, turning them, until they blister and turn slightly brown.
(I add the crushed garlic a bit later than peppers and remove it before it gets burned. For that reason , i don't chop the garlic.)
Season with sea salt and chili flakes, serve immediately.
Usually heat stable Spanish olive oil is recommended but i personally like to use
Italian olive oil.
