One good idea for stress-free party planning.
This is such a simple recipe that you can fancy up your little buffet table:)
You can make it one day ahead up to the step 5.
Ingredients
60ml small glass x 6
300g vanilla soy yogurt
2 pieces spelt zwieback
6g Amaretto
Raw cane sugar 20g (optional)
2 shots of espresso or strong coffee
1tsp cacao powder
STEP 1
Brew strong coffee and let the zwieback soak in there
until they get softened.
2 pieces of zwieback absorbs about 100g of liquid.
( So if you are using instant coffee , add at least 100g water)
STEP 2
Mix sugar, soy yogurt and amaretto very well.
STEP 3
Fill the bottom of the glass with 2 tbsp of the yogurt cream.
STEP 4
Scoop out the coffee soaked zwieback with a tea spoon.
Placed it on top of the yogurt layer.
( If you want to make more layer , just add more ingredients. )
STEP 5
Fill the container with the rest of the yogurt cream to the top.
Cover the containers and keep them in the fridge ideally overnight.
STEP 6
Sprinkle some cacao powder with using a sieve just before serving:)
You can also make matcha tiramisu with the same method.
