Roasted cherry tomato soup



Roasted tomatoes and pepper soup ( 2-3 servings)


500 g cherry tomatoes 1 small red onion 1 orange bell pepper 2 cloves garlic 1 stalk of rosemary 1-2 stalks of thyme 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp tomato paste

1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp brewer’s yeast 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp smoked paprika 250 ml vegetable stock 200 ml oat cream (plus some as topping ) A pinch of sugar, black pepper
