Step 3
Add oat meal to thicken the sauce at the end, and mix well.
Step4
The sauce is ready.
Step5

Rinse some baby spinach.
Step6
Rinse Oven-Ready lasagne sheets under warm water.
Because in this way you can reduces the baking time by 20 minutes.
Step7
Arrange the wet lasagne sheets, tomato sauce and spinach in layers.
Repeat it.
If the sheet is a little too large, crack it to adjust the length.
Use the broken piece to fill the space.
Eventually they stick well together.
Step8
When the layers of tomato sauce, lasagne and spinach are ready,
leave the dish at room temperature for a while.
In the meantime we are going to whip up vegan béchamel.
How to make Vegan béchamel.
Heat 30ml olive oil and fry 1tbsp of wheat flour.
Add vegan broth powder(Alnatura's), or salt and pepper.
And some sweetener of your choice. Stir it well.
Add 1 cup of soy milk .
Not any plant based milk. High protein soy milk works the best !
Once soy milk is cooked, it is already a thick béchamel sauce.
Turn off the heat immediately as it hardens quickly.
Step 9
Pour it into the lasagne dish.
Sprinkle some extra brewer's yeast. (or NY)
Step 10
Bake it in the oven at 200°C for 20 min.
