Every western Asian restaurant offers one of those food, you know?
It's not a Teriyaki sauce...
I think it's a kind of American Chinese food.
And if you are wondering what that brown sauce is made from, here is my answer.
Ingredients for the fried tofu
400 g firm tofu (sliced)
A pinch of salt and pepper
1 tbsp neutral oil
Vegetables (A) 3 cups in total
2 mini snack stick carrots
1 large bok choy (stems)
1 small red bell pepper
2 stalks of green onions (light green part)
Zucchini slices (10 cm)
+2 tbsp white wine or rose
Vegetable(B) 1 cup in total
2 stalks of green onions (green)
1 handful bean sprouts
Leafy part of bok choy
👉You could add some authentic Asian ingredients such as
Shiitake ,cloud ear mushroom or jarred bamboo shoot.
But you could just grab about 4 cups of vegetables of your choice.

next step for veggies.

Cook them over high heat for a few minutes.
STEP5
Add all the Vegetables (B) in the frying pan.
Pour a small amount of wine over the top and cover with a lid.
Steam for 1-2 minutes.
Bring it to a boil.
STEP6
Finally pour the starchy water in the stir fry ,shake the pan to thicken the sauce.
It's done!
Serve it with fragrant Jasmin rice :)
