Quick Naan


For 8 portions


300g wheat flour (type 405)

3g salt

3g sugar

3g dry yeast

3g oil

3g baking powder (weinstein)

160g water (30℃)

and some more oil for coating and frying.



STEP1

Add all the ingredients in a bowl.

Set it aside for 2 minutes.







STEP2

Knead the dough for a few minutes .



STEP3

Form a big ball.

Coat it with a few drops of oil to prevent it from drying out.

Cover it and let it ferment for 30 minutes.



STEP4

Divide a piece of dough into 8 equal portions.

Form small dough balls.


STEP5

Roll the dough into a flat shape.

If you don't have any rolling pin just pull the dough with hands.




STEP6 (Pre heat a frying pan. )

Fry flat dough sheets for 30 seconds each side.

Press the dough with a spatula.

Bake the bread on a well heated frying pan with or without oil of your choice.


Done!

Serve them with daal ,hummus or pesto of your choice:)
