Macaroni and no cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings

100g green beans

250g macaroni pasta

A pinch of salt


2 cups of soy milk

30ml EV olive oil

1tbsp wheat flour

1tsp vegan broth powder( Alnatura's)

1tsp garlic powder

1tsp sweet paprika powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1tbsp rice syrup (or any other sweetener)


1/2 cup (or more) sauerkraut

1 small red onion (sliced)

2tbsp brewer's yeast

Handful of chopped fresh herb

Black pepper to taste


Step 1

Preheat oven for 220℃

Boil a pot of water, add some salt and boil macaroni for 5mins.

Add green beans into it and boil them for another 3mins.

Drain water.

Step2

Make sauce on a small pan.

This sauce does not require the use of a blender or the addition of nuts.

Step3


Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

Step 4

Place some onion slices.

Add boiled pasta and beans as well.

Then top it with a generous portion of sauerkraut.

Step 5


Pour in the sauce, sprinkle some brewer's yeast (or NY) and black pepper to taste.

Bake it in the oven at 200°C for 20 min.
