Thank you so much for joining this event:)

Turning Fridge Finds into a Delicious Vegan Lunch! š±āØ
This Sunday, we had a fun cooking event where creativity and sustainability came together in the most delicious way! We brought 2 pieces of fridge finds from our homes and transformed them into a filling vegan lunch.
A huge thank youĀ to everyone who joined today! š Your interesting ingredients and recipe ideas made this gathering extra special. Thereās something magical about seeing leftovers turn into a shared meal full of flavorš”š

I don't have recipes from today's cooking event but the curry flavor was same as
my previous event's red curry. (with completely different vegetables this time)

This delicious Indonesian dish is called Urap.
Thank you, Michael, for showing us this amazing flavour combo.
The chili oil has been fermented for 2-3 days and I added these spices.
The oil was partly peanut oil partly lemon flavored rapeseed oil.
( In jars I added chili flake, salt ,sugar and black pepper.)

I usually mix 1tbsp each chili oil, light soy sauce, with lemon or vinegar.
for 2 portions of boiled noodles.

Some other dishes from today's event.
(sweetened sweet potato)

Stuffed and baked mushroom

Roasted chick peas (to add into curry)

Grilled root vegetables with coconut yogurt onion dip.

So that was yesterdayās event! I hope fun cooking experiences like this help spark more interest in plant-based foods.
Wishing you a relaxing Sunday evening and a great week ahead! šāØ
