Ingredients for 10 energy balls (2.5 cm in diameter)
50 g raisins
50 g walnuts
½ teaspoon cacao powder
½ tbsp peanut butter
A pinch of rock salt
Small amount of rum (optional)
2 tbsp of coconut fine to sprinkle on the surface
STEP1
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it becomes a paste.
STEP2
Put the dough on a tray and chill it in the freezer for about 3 minutes.
When the dough is firmer form it into a ball quickly.
STEP3
Spread the coconut fine on a plate, sprinkle it over the balls, and let it harden in the refrigerator for about 10 more minutes.
👉Store in the refrigerator because there is no coconuts oil in the ingredients.
