You can check out the recipe of the fillings here.
This page is all about how to roll them.
STEP 1
Place about one big banana volume filling on the 1st Nori sheet.
The seaweed is not square but rectangular if you look closely.
The short side is on top.
Place a small amount of rice on the top edge so it works like glue.

STEP 2
Roll it up and leave it aside for a while.

STEP3
Serve 200g rice (or can be less )in a bowl to prepare next rolling step.
This is pretty important to make all the rolls same volume.
STEP4
Spread the rice(and quinoa) as flat as possible.
The top and bottom 2 cm should not be covered with rice.

STEP5
Place the filling roll on the top of the rice sheet.

STEP6
Roll from the bottom up so that the rice wraps around the filling roll.

STEP7
Wrap it in plastic wrap for a while to stabilise the shape.

STEP8
Brush the top of the sushi roll with sesame oil and place sesame seeds on it.

STEP9
Slice the sushi roll into 8 equal pieces with a wet knife.

STEP10
Serve them on a nice plate:)
