Millet rice (Instant Pot )

If you don't have a pressure cooker you need to add double amount of water.
and at least 30minutes on low heat.
For 6 big rolls
500g white sushi rice (edeka's )
100g millet (Alnatura)
720g water (only for pressure cooking )
Step 1
Rinse grains under clear water a couple of times.

Step 2
Add 720g water into the pressure cooker. (Instant pot)
Soak grains for 30minutes.
Select normal rice mode
Pressure cook it for 12 minutes.
Step3

After pressure cooking, fluff the rice with a fork.
I made this rice to roll Gimbap.
