Have you tried Orzo?

I'm currently into it !

What is Orzo?

Orzo is also known as risoni.

It is a form of short-cut pasta, shaped like a large grain of rice.

Orzo is traditionally made from flour, but it can also be made of whole grain. It is often made with semolina, a type of flour made from durum wheat.

I buy my semolina orzo at a Turkish supermarket in Moabit.

Start warming harissa and tomato paste in the frying pan.

Cook it over a medium heat for 11mins.

(Place a lid and let it steam for one more minute)
