Peanut butter & fresh herb pesto

My new discovery!
An unexpected combination made a very tasty pesto so I must share it.
Simply mix all the ingredients with hand blender.
Pesto for a 200ml jar
80g peanut butter
40g fresh coriander leafs
30g fresh basil leafs
1 fresh garlic clove
20ml lemon or lime juice
1tsp salt (it’s salty so you can keep it for a while in the fridge)
Even those who don't like coriander leafs can often eat this pesto, surprisingly, so it’s worth a try.
But if you sincerely hate coriander leafs, Italian parsley should be a substituted for that part.
I had this pesto just like a bread spread.
But it also goes well with pasta salad, green salad, sandwiches, vegan omelette and even with asian dish such as summer rolls.

For this recipe,
I used this peanut butter from Edeka.
And also iodized salt .
