Roasted Salad

Ingredients (600g vegetables in total)
250g Hokkaido pumpkin
250g red beet
100g carrot
2 cloves of garlic
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp lemon rapeseed oil
1tsp oregano
1tsp sweet paprika powder
1/2 tsp salt
STEP 1
Dice all in the size of half a cherry tomato.
Add all the ingredients in a big bowl.
Stir it well.


STEP 2
Roast vegetables in the preheated oven, until browned and tender
It takes about 30 minutes.



When everything is tender it's done :)
