Roasted sesame dressing


This oil free sesame dressing recipe is super easy to make & only requires 6

ingredients ! It is creamy ,nutty and goes well with literally anything.


Ingredients for 2-3servings

2tbsp soy yogurt ( Alpro ,non sweet soy yogurt)

1tbsp light soy sauce

2tbsp ground roasted sesame seeds ( this is the key ingredients)

1/2 tsp freshly chopped ginger

1tsp sugar (or sweetener of your choice )

A pinch of black pepper


STEP1

Heat a small pan and roast sesame seeds until they start to jump...!


STEP2

Grind the sesame seeds (or you can blend them in a hand mixer with other ingredients.



STEP 3

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well with a spoon.



If you want to thin the paste, you can add soy milk, oat milk, almond milk or vinegar.

This recipe is yogurt-based, but if you want to add oil, you can add a little sesame oil for extra flavor.
