Savory Scones

Ingredients for 4 scones


150 g spelt wheat (Dinkel type 630)

+ additional flour for dusting

25 g soy flour

7 g baking powder

20 g sugar

10 g brewer's yeast

1 tsp Italian herb mix

1/2 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

Diced bell peppers and green onions total 125g


25ml oil

110 ml soy milk

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Method of preparation

Combine dry and liquid ingredients separately before mixing.

Finally, add chopped vegetables and mix well.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.


Baking time for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven (190°C)

+ Served with some mushed avocado
