Soy tzatziki, oil free baked potatoes



Vegan Tzatziki

1cup salted and squeezed cucumber (mint & parsley/dill ) Half teaspoon garlic +salt Black pepper 1cup soy Yogurt

Potatoes (1kg )

Cook potatoes from cold water for only 10mins. Add 1tbsp baking soda when water is boiled.


Drain water and put all the boiled potatoes back in a pot.

Add the seasonings in the pot.


(Seasonings) 1tbsp onion flakes 1tbsp brewer’s yeast 1tsp garlic powder Half teaspoon salt


Cover the pot with a lid, shake the boiled potatoes with the seasonings very well for 20-30 sec.

Preheat oven 200℃

Place all the seasoned potatoes on a parchment paper individually. Bake for15mins, turn and bake another 5mins.

Now you have really crispy baked potatoes without any added oil!
