Spinach Namul

200g spinach
1tbsp sesame seeds
1tbsp roasted sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4tsp garlic powder or grated garlic
1tsp salt to boil spinach for a pot of boiling water.
STEP 1
Boil spinach in the salted hot water for 1 minute.
STEP 2
Rinse boiled spinach under cold water.
STEP 3
Squeeze out all the water and cut them in half.
STEP 4
Mix this boiled spinach with garlic, salt, toasted sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds in a bowl by hand.
Serve it with other toppings over rice or as a side dish.
I personally like to add in my Gimbap too.
