Tofu chocolate mousse

Ingredients for 6 very small portion.
For the mousse
200g medium firm tofu (because i didn't find any silky tofu)
100g vegan sweetened dark chocolate
50g coconuts milk (or less )
2 drops of rum flavor

STEP 1
Dice tofu and boil them in a coconut milk until
they are warm enough to melt chocolate ( about 40℃)

STEP 2
Blend it with using a hand mixer or a blender.
STEP 3
Add dark sweet chocolate.
Melt the chocolate very well.

STEP4
Transfer the creamy paste into the serving dishes.

STEP 5
Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Option
Serve the tofu chocolate mousse with the topping of your choice.
