Vegan sausages (Nuts and tofu)

Ingredients for 6-8 sausages
50g nuts (walnuts ,some Brazil nuts)
175g smoked tofu
1tsp sweet paprika powder
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp chili flakes
1stp psyllium husk(optional)
1tbsp nutritional yeast (or brewer’s yeast)
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp cornstarch
1tbsp dijon mustard
A pinch of white pepper
1tsp freshly chopped garlic

STEP 1
Blend nuts of your choice ( For this recipe I used only walnuts =50g)


STEP2
Blend chopped smoked tofu in the same blender. (no need to remove nuts)


STEP3
Add the rest of the ingredients in there. Blend all together.

STEP4
Transfer tofu-nut paste onto a parchment paper.
Form a circular shape.
Slice it into 6 to 8 equal pieces.


STEP5
Form sausage shape with hand or by using parchment paper.
Once formed into a sausage shape, keep them wrapped until you fry them.
( you can keep them in the fridge ,too)



STEP 6
Grill vegan sausages on a frying pan with some oil just before you eat them:)
