Vegan spelt mini Gugelhupf


This is a one bowl recipe !


Ingredients list ( mini Gugelhupf 6 pieces ) Spelt flour (630) 80 g 92 ml orange juice 16 g olive oil 4 g baking powder 10 g cocoa powder 35 g powdered or raw cane sugar

some more powdered sugar as topping

Sift the flour and mix the dry and wet ingredients together with a spatula.

Grease a silicone mould with a little oil and pour the batter into the mould.


Preheat oven to 190°C.

Bake them for 15 mins at 180°C.

(Let them cool for15mins before removing the mould)
