In today’s workshop we decided to add some black rice but if you don’t have
any black rice you can just use short grain white rice.
If it’s steamed without black rice the sushi will look much brighter pink
just like the linked image 👆
We also made some chickpea omelette to put in sushi rolls.
Ingredients are listed above.
Add the oat milk little by little and slowly mix it with a spoon to avoid lumps.
Fry them on both sides like a pancake.
When it’s cooed a bit, slice the egg sheet into small strips.
So you can use them as a sushi filling.
