The vegan raclette was incredibly fun—so versatile and far beyond my expectations.
Although it was my first vegan raclette event, it turned into a truly special experience thanks to everyone’s help and ideas.
It was also the first time in my life that I saw snake fruit and real, fresh maracuja—what a joy ✨

Everyone brought their own ideas and ingredients, each connected to their personal memories of raclette, which made the cooking event even more special.

We prepared so many different dishes and ended the event with wonderful conversations over tea, coffee, and Lena’s beautiful cookies 💜




They were made spontaneously and were delicious!
Each roll is made with one raw okra and two sheets of mini rice paper, seasoned with garlic powder, brewer’s yeast, and paprika powder, then sautéed until crispy.
Quick Tomato Chutney Recipe


Blend together:
200 g tomatoes
100 g onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp salt
Heat 30 g rapeseed oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp brown mustard seeds, 1 tsp raw sesame seeds, and about 6 small curry leaves. Let them sizzle.
Add the blended mixture (no water) and cook for about 5 minutes.Stir in 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp Turkish pepper paste.
To reheat the next day, add an extra 1 tsp Turkish (mild)pepper paste with a drizzle of olive oil.
