Thank you for joining this event :)

It was a mid autumn festival & tea session for us.

We are not tea artists but happy to bring people together with a couple of nice tea!

And a huge thanks to Jing who shared her home made dumplings with us.

( These are made at her place so we only re-steamed at the event)

Otherwise we made gyoza together:)

And had a nice Chinese black tea and Taiwanese tea called

If you are a fun of Taiwanese tea I 100% recommend this store to shop tea from.

Consult your

They are sweet but less in fat.

If the cake is being shared with 8 people ,each person can barely get 10g of oil.

So don't be afraid.

To make this peanut coconut dipping sauce you just need to mix these ingredients in a bowl.

1tsp home made chili sesame oil

1tsp sugar

1tbsp light soy sauce

1tbsp peanut sauce

2tbsp coconut milk

Or traditionally we only need 3 ingredients for the sauce.

So that was all about this event:)

Thank you again for joining this one, and if you were not see you next time💚

BEHIND THE SCENES

For hosting such a workshop organizers usually test whole a lot of foods.

(Thank you Jing to test some other dumplings ...! )

ree

My sweets made with sticky rice, I personally really like.

They go well with tea🍡🍵

ree

My corn & sticky rice dim sum.

These are also very tasty, I need to host this session soon.
