What a wonderful day it was! We came together for a wholesome celebration of creativity, community, and (of course) delicious plant-based food. But this time, we added a fun twist⦠a ChatGPT-inspired cooking challenge!
We ended up not exactly following ChatGPTās recipes, but we were definitely inspired by the AI suggestions! That inspiration led us to whip up some unique vegan creations while laughing, learning, and sharing amazing vibes together.
We prepared a variety of vibrant dishes, including:
Buckwheat noodles with assorted ramen toppings and broth
Stir-fried water spinach
Stir-fried sugar peas
Broccoli with soy based vegan chicken toppings
Beet salad and tomato-avocado salad
Fresh beet, carrot, grape, and ginger juice
Miso-glazed aubergine
Pressure-cooked and grilled daikon steak
We didn't follow any specific recipes today but if you want to make today's dashi (broth) for noodles ,
I made the soy based dashi this way.
