250g boiled beets 50g soy yoghurt 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp salt Black pepper 1tbsp lemon juice 1tsp sugar



(topping)

1tbsp lemon zest 10g dill 10g parsley 1/4cup wasabi beans Drizzle of olive oil
