Coconuts Tofu Curry

How to prepare tofu.
(Frying pan A)
Fry mushed tofu for 10 min then add 1 tsp of the seasoning.
200 g extra-firm tofu(edeka's)
10 ml olive oil
1 tsp Ostmann Minced Meat (vegan) Seasoning
👉This seasoning is salty so if you are not adding salted seasoning,
add some salt.
STEP 1.
(Frying pan B)
Saute a total of 500 g vegetables for 10minutes with some oil and salt.
👉Tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, red onions, zucchini
👉20 ml olive oil
👉1 tsp salt
STEP 2
Saute spices with above vegetables.
👉1 tsp coriander powder
👉1 tsp cumin powder
👉1 tsp dal masala (or garam masala)
👉1 tsp turmeric powder
STEP 3.
Add about 2 tbsp of fresh herbs.
👉Chopped parsley, garlic and 1 large dried chili pepper.
STEP 4
Add some" Umami ".
👉1 tbsp brewer’s yeast
👉1 tbsp tomato paste
STEP 5
Add wet ingredients and some extra protein of your choice.
Let it simmer for 5minutes.
👉200g canned tomatoes
👉200ml water
👉200 ml coconut yogurt
👉1/2 cup dried soy glanuels
STEP 6
Finally, add the fried tofu from the fried pan A.

Parsley, coconut yogurt
