This recipe was a test but it turned out well enough to share with you.
If you have a waffle maker and want to make something savory, try this waffle shaped bread :)
I believe it will go well with curry, and soup too.
It tastes like naan bread.
Ingredients for 2 flat bread
125g wheat flour (type 405)
25g chickpea flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp dry yeast
A pinch of salt
80ml lukewarm water (35℃)
Oil for brushing
(Optional)
A handful of chopped vegetables (herbs/green onion/bell pepper etc)
Step1
Mix all the ingredients roughly in a bowl using a stick or fork.
(If you are adding some chopped herbs / vegetables add them also)
Leave the dough aside for 5minutes.

Step2
Knead the dough with your wet hand.

Step3
Divide the dough into 2 equal portion.
Form it flat round shape.
You don't have to wait for fermentation.
Step4
Brush oil on both sides of the dough.
Step5
Preheat the waffle maker. (3 out of 5 /middle)
Place the dough in the center of the waffle maker.
Press it tight and toast it for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
