Gado Gado Style Salad

Ingredients for 4 side dish servings
(You can choose any vegetables of your choice)
100g shredded purple cabbage
100g yellow and red bell pepper
100g cucumber
50g carrot
50g sprouts and spinach leaves
(Topping)
Roasted and crushed nuts (Brazil nuts or peanuts)
(Sauce)
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp peanut butter
1tbsp soy milk
1tsp raw cane sugar (any sweetener of your choice)
1tsp tamarindo paste
1/4 tsp chili
Step 1
Rinse your vegetables and keep them chilled in the fridge for an extra fresh crispy texture.

Step2
Chop your vegetables.
If cutting a cabbage or carrot is difficult ,use a peeler or a slicer.

Dry leaves enough before making a salad.

Step 3
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl.
Sprinkle nuts and top it up with some basil leaves.
