Mixed berry crumbles (meal prep)

Ingredients for 3 (650ml) containers ( or 6 mini cocottes )
300g frozen mixed berries (or any frozen berries)
3tsp (=1tbsp) cornstarch
(for crumbles )
70g rolled oats
70g whole almond flour
70g whole wheat
60g raw cane sugar
30g rapeseed oil (with lemon flavor)
1 banana (120g)
A pinch of cinnamon to taste
Step1
👉Don't preheat the oven if you use these glass containers.
Mix about 1tsp cornstarch per 100g frozen berries and stir it well.
(In the picture I added 100g each frozen berries to fill 650ml container)


Step 2
In a big bowl ,mash one banana and simply combine it with oil and all the dry ingredients.
Divide the crumbles into 3 equal portions.
Place it over the frozen berries.
Sprinkle some cinnamon (optional)

Step3
Bake the crumbles until crispy.
It usually takes for about 25 minutes at 175℃
