Savory Scones (Tomatoes &Olives)

Ingredients for 4 portions or 6 mini scones
120g ripe bananas
150g spelt flour (type 630)
25g almond flour
15g EV olive oil
A pinch of salt
18 pieces of pitted green olives (sliced)
6 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
8g Baking powder
+5g EV olive oil for topping (optional)
Preheat oven for 190℃
Step1
Mash bananas in a bowl.

Step2
Add all dry ingredients and combine it well.

Step3
Then add chopped cherry tomatoes, and olives.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces.

Bake scones for 17-20 minutes at 190℃.
