Soy Yogurt Sauce with Pomegranate & Pistachio

Ingredients:
125g soy yogurt (unsweetened high protein soy yogurt )
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
10 pieces of roasted and salted pistachios (chopped)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, mint
1tsp olive oil
Chili flakes , black pepper to taste)
Instructions
Prepare herbs and toppings
Chop the parsley and mint.
Roughly chop the pistachios if not pre-chopped.
Mix the base
In a bowl, whisk together the soy yogurt with salt
Garnish and serve
Drizzle a little extra olive oil on top.
Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds ,pistachios and chopped herbs for a colorful finish.

🍴 Serving ideas
As a dip with bread ,veggies or vegan meat balls.
Drizzle over grilled veggies or falafel
Alongside rice or grain bowls
