Tomato Free & Wheat Free Lentil Curry

You may be wondering why should a curry be tomatoes free on top of gluten /wheat free.Don’t get me wrong. Tomatoes and the wheat products are fine for most of us.
But when we look at the food that cause painful symptoms such as migraines, arthritis, or digestive problems clear patterns emerge.
The following list of foods are most often identified in research studies as triggers.
I’m not telling you to avoid all of this food but just like to offer as an information.
There are some people who avoids those foods.
Because they are the multi symptom triggers for some individuals ( maybe not you ) .
Daily products
Wheat products
Citrus frits
Corn
Caffeine
Meat
Nuts
Tomatoes
Eggs
That is why I made this tomatoes and wheat free lentil curry recipe.

<for the pot >
1/2 cup red dried lentils ( rinsed and soaked in water for 30mins)
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powderer (for now)
2 cups of vegan broth (or 2cups water with 15g vegan broth powder )

(1)Cook lentils for 20mins.

(2) fry all of following ingredients in a frying pan until fragrant.

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp chopped garlic
1tsp chopped ginger
1tsp cumin seeds (whole)
1tbsp garam masala
1tbsp olive oil

(3) Add (2) in the pot of lentils. Stir well and finally add the rest of the ingredients.
150ml coconuts milk
Lemon juice form half a lemon
Black pepper
<Toppings>
1/2 cup chopped parsley
A pinch of smark
