I had a very nice Saturday lunch time with you all 💚
I shared my 3 easy vegan asian recipes ready in 30 minutes or less.
The agenda of this event was like this.
12:45( door opens)
13:00-14:00 cooking time
14:00-15:00 lunch time
At the event we made some cucumber tempeh salad

(Also I spontaneously made this Gochujan potato with a pressure cooker)
The snack wasabi nori was this product 👇
These are usually served with steamed sticky rice.
(At the event we cooked this basmati wild rice because it's done faster)
We also made some chili oil to serve with vegetable pancakes.
(The dipping sauce was mixed chili oil and ponzu)

Ingredients for the chili oil
3tbsp heated peanut oil (180℃)
1/2 tsp salt
2tsp chili flake
5cm of chopped leek
A pinch of sugar
1tsp brewer’s yeast (d.m’s Bier Hefe)
1tsp fermented salted black beans, (= 豆豉 see the picture below)
1tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Chinese 13 spice mix

Of course I will make it relatively healthy.
