Yum Yum cucumber


This is so Asian.

These cucumber salads don't even have a proper name but

all of Japanese family should know what that is and probably have their own recipe. Here is mine.

I usually find this Asian sort of thinner cucumber in Turkish supermarket.




Ingredients

2 (not British) cucumbers about 400g

3 tbsp sambal oelek sauce

1tbsp brewer’s yeast

1tbsp roasted sesame oil

1tbsp salt ( to prepare )


STEP 1

Chop cucumbers and massage them with 1tbsp salt.

Leave it for 10mins.


STEP 2

Rinse the cucumber with water and squeeze the water out of the cucumber.Step


STEP 3

Mix all the underlined ingredients in a jar or a tapper ware.


STEP4

Add the prepared cucumber in the mixture.

It’s done .

but if you like it cooler keep the salad in fridge for a while.
