Crispy sesame tempeh cubes (topping)

Ingredients for 3 portions (Topping)


200g tempeh (defrosted)

2tbsp soy yogurt (not sweet)

2tbsp tahini

1tsp sesame seeds

1tsp smoked paprika

1/2tsp salt


Step 1

Dice tempeh into cubes ( bio /natural tempeh)


Step 2

Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.



Step3

Add all the tempe in the bowl from the previous step.

Toss the cubes with with the seasonings.




Step4

Arrange the cubes so that they do not stick to each other.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.



Done!

They are oil free but crispy and delicious.

Also great as a topping for salads and vegan Biryani!
