About the soy sauces (Sushi WS 2025)

I served these sauces at a sushi making event spontaneously but someone has asked me how I made it.
So I'm sharing the recipes here.
Peanut chili soy sauce.
Ingredients
3 tbsp soy milk
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp peanut butter
1g salt
Mix everything in a small pan in case your peanut butter is firm.
Otherwise mix everything in a bowl.
How simple is that :)



It was actually my favorite stir-fry sauce.

At the event I also served a normal(light) soy sauce.

Personally I eat my sushi with such a normal soy sauce :)
