I didn’t really explain how I made the peanut sauce for the salad but you can find the recipe here. (The dipping sauce for the summer rolls was almost the same taste)
The grain ratio was just like this
This is usually enough for 6-7 servings.
500g Jasmine rice (from Edeka)
100g black rice(from alnatura)
100g quinoa (3 mixed quinoa from d.m bio)
All grains were rinsed 3-4times and soaked in cold water for 1hour then strained.
I used a pressure cooker to cook the grains so I cooked them with 840ml water.
If you are cooking them in a normal pot ,you need the double amount of water.
