I always make my red curry with this method in Germany.
Hope you found it interesting too!
At today's event we needed to adjust some spices and skip a couple of ingredients to match everyone's preference.
But if you are new here and not gluten free.
I RECOMMEND YOU TO FOLLOW MY RECIPE JUST THE WAY IT IS.
Because It took me a couple of years to create this convincing taste.
And as it's written in my recipe, if you are making a tasty vegan curry, adding " brewer's yeast" is important in my opinion.
Aldo it boosts B vitamins that are missing from white rice.

At the event we also had some Tempeh.
We just diced tempeh into cubes, fried with a drizzle of roasted sesame oil and then served with salad and peanut dressing.
🥜Today's peanut dressing🥜
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp oat&almond milk (Edeka Bio)
1tsp raw cane sugar
1tsp tamarindo paste
A pinch of chili, sesame seeds

I buy these tempeh at a local bio supermarket( Denn's /Alnatura).
And they are really tasty...!
