For me it was another great opportunity to develop some gluten free recipes.
And big thanks to Dennis who suggested and brought such an interesting game!! 😊 It was hilarious!
The agenda of this event was like this.

I wanted today’s recipes to be new GF& Vegan inspirations for everyone.
I hope you love it as much as I do!

Roasted Potato Salad
Ingredients for 6 small servings
★500g Bio raw drillinge potato
★50 g red bell pepper
★50 g carrot pepper
★1/2 tsp salt
★1 tsp sweet paprika powder
★20g olive oil
For coconut dill sauce
30 g freshly chopped dill
60 g coconut yogurt
15 g mustard
1 tbsp Avocado spice mix
Pepper to taste
Preheat oven for 200℃



My red iced tea is usually made with this one.
