It was such a lovely Saturday afternoon with a lot of food and bookish conversations:)
Combining a vegan cooking event and a (silent) book club was absolutely good idea and I had a really great time with everyone đ
This time I had a long whatApp waitlist for the eventđ
Thank you for all the supportive messages and the offer to join the event next time.
I will host this kind of event again in April.
The agenda of this event was like this.
12:45( door opens)
13:00-14:00 cooking time
14:00-15:00 lunch time
15:00-16:00 cake&tea, quiet reading time
(Actually we continued to read and chat after that too )
At the event we made Minestrone as a main dish.

At the event I used this shiro miso (But you can use any miso )
So that was the event from the 15th March.
The next event is going to be some kind of Asian dish cooking event.
As I bought a big box of Asian chili paste.
I will post the event around Wednesday on Meetup.
