It was so much fun, and I had such a great time cooking and chatting with you all.

We didn’t get a chance to make Okonomiyaki this time, but I’ve shared my recipe from a previous event — so you can still try it out at home!

You can add any colorful vegetables to make the roll look more vibrant and elegant.Simply sauté them with a little sesame oil and salt for extra flavor before rolling. Any leftovers — like carrots — can be recycled into the dumpling filling.
At today’s event, we used these pickled radishes instead of chickpea eggs, which made the process even faster.
