Workshop memories from 13.07.2024


5 minutes Vegan Charcuterie Board !

If you are planning a gathering or event, you may be wondering:

How am I going to feed all these people without spending too long in Kitchen.

Preparing a Vegan Charcuterie Board is one good way to add more color on the table. And you can make them your very own.

I usually draw illustrations on paper to help me visualize the good balance.

So at the event we just need to place items on a planned area just like playing a puzzle.


At this event we created a board combining with some


Pickled cucumbers, peppers, Kalamata olives, basil leaves ,lettuce,

Turkish delight with pistachio

Grapes, strawberries, red currants, apple

Simple yogurt dip with herbs

(170g soy yogurt/1tbsp mints/1tbsp parsley/salt&pepper)


And served with the main dish "Shakshouka"

We also made some simple quinoa spontaneously.

As this event was a gluten free event, I also decided to offer this potato salad :)
